Refund policy

**Store Return Policy**

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you're not happy, we offer the following return and exchange policy:

1. **Returns:** 
   - You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund.
   - A flat return fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and restocking.

2. **Exchanges:**
   - If 14 days have passed but you're still within 30 days of delivery, we will gladly exchange your item for another product of equal or lesser value.
   - Exchange items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.

3. **Sale Items:**
   - Please note that items on sale can only be exchanged.

4. **Damaged or Defective Items:**
   - If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

5. **How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:**
   - To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange at shop.ntrl.co@gmail.com.
   - Once your return/exchange is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
